- Summary of Educational Experiences and Confidential Financial Information Form
- Official bank statement
- Copy of your current visa, if you reside at attend school in the United States.
- Original transcripts/examination results for all secondary and post-secondary work (or copies attested by the U.S. Embassy, a notary public, or a school official) and official English translations. As of Fall 2009, we will begin requiring that all international applicants have their academic credentials evaluated by AACRAO. http://ies.aacrao.org/apply-udelaware
- Official TOEFL score report or official IELTS report
- Official SAT score report (if you are applying for freshman admission and attend school in the United States)
- Application fee of US$75
